Do I need a VAT number to register?

You do not need a Value Added Tax (VAT) number to register. If you are an EU customer, you will need a valid VAT number to be exempt from taxes; however, if you don't have one, do not worry! The system will need you to input something into the field so 'Not Applicable' or 'Not Vat Registered' can be put in as an option.

 

I have registered but I can't add items to my cart?

Your account will be pending approval. We aim to approve all registrations within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email confirming your account has been approved within 24 hours, please contact us at [info@iwantstyle.co.uk].

 

Can I use your images for marketing of your products?

To download an image from this site, right-click on the image and select "Save Image As..."

 

What is your minimum spend?

We do not have a minimum spend requirement. You can order as many packs as you like.

 

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping charges are £10 per box weighing up to 23kg to all UK postcodes. For overseas shipping, please contact us for a quote.

 

A product has gone from your website.  Does that mean it is sold out?

The item is no longer available on the site, but we may still have it in our showroom. Please contact our London showroom to inquire about availability. It will help us if you can provide the SKU or the exact description on the product listing so that we can check whether we still have this item in stock. Occasionally a style may come back on the site once it has come off if we restock so be sure to keep a look out.

 

What is your company's shipping policy?

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 1 pm. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the following business day, with the exception of holidays and weekends, when there is no shipping. Orders are shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery.
